1. Who we are and what this policy covers

RaisedToX Technologies Private Limited (“RaisedToX”, “we”) is a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at A-1505, Lake Lucerne, Powai, Mumbai 400076, India. We provide a sales intelligence, capability, practice and coaching platform to businesses.

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through raisedtox.com, through our platform, and in our communications with you. It is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and is intended to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Information we collect

• Website enquiries: your name, work email, phone number, company and message, when you submit our contact form.
• Platform users: your name, work email, phone number, employee ID, role, reporting manager and territory, provided by your employer when it sets up your account.
• Practice sessions: your voice responses, their transcripts, and the feedback and progress records generated from them. Sessions are simulated roleplays only. We do not record or analyse your real conversations with dealers, clients or anyone else.
• Login and system emails: the one-time codes, invitations and notifications we send you, and whether they were delivered.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address and usage logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and arrange demos.
• To create and manage platform accounts, sign you in and send service emails.
• To run practice sessions and generate feedback and progress reports for you and, as agreed with your employer, for your managers.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email from our platform’s sending service.

4. When we act for our customers

When your employer uses RaisedToX, your employer decides why and how your data is used on the platform; it is the data fiduciary, and we process the data on its behalf under our contract with it. Requests about that data, such as access or correction, are best sent to your employer; if you write to us, we will pass them on and help your employer respond.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run RaisedToX, under contracts that limit their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires. Where a provider processes data outside India, we do so only as permitted under Indian law.

6. Storage, retention and security

• Storage: platform data is stored on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India.
• Retention: customer platform data is kept for the term of our contract with your employer and deleted within 90 days after it ends, unless your employer asks otherwise or the law requires longer. Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months.
• Security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to named staff with multi-factor sign-in, and access is logged.

7. Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent you gave us, or raise a complaint. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies, children and changes

• Cookies: our website uses only cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Children: our services are for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18.
• Changes: we will post updates on this page with a new “last updated” date, and tell customers directly about material changes.
